The Universal Kingpin Tool Set is designed for pressing out kingpins on commercial vehicles and buses, including conical types. It is intended to be used with our 32 tonne hydraulic cylinder with punching capability. This allows hammering on the cylinder with a punch adapter fitted during maximum pressure, increasing the effective pressure by 3.5 times. The process eliminates the need for axle removal, heating, or heavy lifting in a shop press, and its compact design makes it ideal for confined spaces such as those commonly found on buses.
