Dismantling tool for outer CV joint designed to safely and efficiently remove joints without the need for pulling or hammering. Unlike conventional methods that risk internal bearing damage by applying force to the axle or casing, this system secures the joint and extracts it cleanly.
The kit includes a 5 kg sliding hammer and a robust axle support with a clamping chain and tensioner, enabling on-vehicle dismantling. During use, the clamping chain system is fixed to the driveshaft and tightened to pull the shaft slightly into the gearbox, preventing it from being extracted. This allows the outer CV joint to be removed with the slide hammer without disturbing the driveshaft position. The extracted joint remains securely held in the puller, preventing it from falling to the floor or posing a risk of injury.
