Universal set for thorough cleaning of the sides and base of the injector shaft prior to injector installation. Ensures the shaft and seat are free from corrosion and debris, allowing the new copper washer and injector to achieve a proper seal.
A sealing plug is inserted into the nozzle hole to protect the combustion chamber from contamination. Using the supplied brush holder and flexible shaft attached to a drill, one of the five steel wire brushes (18–26 mm) is used to clean the shaft walls. The seat face is then cleaned with a dedicated end brush to ensure a flat, corrosion-free surface.
After cleaning, debris is removed using a vacuum or compressed air, and the sealing plug is taken out before final assembly.
