Upgrade your existing Pichler 12 ton Ford Transit 2.0 EcoBlue Hydraulic Injector Removal Kit to the latest 20 ton specification.
This upgrade kit has been developed for customers who already own the Pichler 12 ton injector removal kit 60385525 and want to benefit from the increased extraction force of the new 20 ton system, together with the latest patented Stage 2 clamp design.
The kit includes a 20 ton hydraulic cylinder, the redesigned Stage 2 clamp sleeve, heavy duty spindles and pulling nut required for the upgraded extraction system.
Also included are the latest redesigned tools for removing seized internal injector nozzles. These tools have been developed to remove the internal nozzle when it is tightly held in place by carbon build-up and corrosion, allowing the outer nozzle to then be removed using the existing extraction system.
