For removing seized injectors on the Ford 2.0l Ecoblue TDCI engine using a 12 ton hydraulic cylinder.
This kit has been specially designed to be used on the vehicle. The 2 stage extraction system allows the technician to firstly attempt to remove the injector without damage using a force limiting sheer bolt. If Stage 1 is unsuccessful then stage 2 of the system is used where the full 12 ton of pressure is applied.
(Stage 2 will result in the injector being dismantled and therefore cannot be reused).
Due to high amounts of corrosion, the injector can break leaving the nozzle section at the base of the shaft, this set includes the necessary items needed to remove this section of the injector.

Note: A hydraulic hand pump is required for use with all our injector hydraulic kits. We recommend part number 80255500.
