The 1.85m extra wide over engine support system is designed to accommodate the increasing width and structural complexity of modern vehicles. Conventional 1.5m engine bridges often no longer fit, particularly on vans and vehicles with altered front-end structures for pedestrian safety. This intermediate set enables safe engine support by distributing the load across structurally reinforced points such as the suspension strut tower, front panel, and inner wing—individually or in combination.
The system includes a 4-point bar with adjustable feet, load chains, angle-adjustable side supports, and height-adjustable support hooks. It supports single-operator assembly and dismantling, reducing labour time and cost. Available in Basic, UNI, and MASTER configurations, with upgrade paths built in.
